The Central Dogma
Central Dogma is what keeps the cells functioning. Central Dogma goes from DNA to RNA to Protein. It is the same thing but in different languages.
A. What is the Central Dogma?Central Dogma is the process in which DNA turn into RNA and then turns into protein.
B. What is DNA?DNA short for DeoxyriboNucleic acid, is a self-replicating material present in nearly all living organisms. DNA looks like a double helix. A goes with T and C goes with G. Gene is when everything is put together but DNA is the blueprint. The nucleus tells what role to play in your body.
C. What is a Gene?A gene shows the hereditary in a living organism.
D. Transcription and TranslationTranscription is the process that the information is translated in a section of DNA then is transferred to RNA. Translation finds its way to a ribosome, where it is translated.
E. What is a protein?Proteins help make living things functional. An example is Amino Acids.
F. An Example of Gene ExpressionExample of gene expression is protein.
